The E-2267-A Timken TTHDFL tapered roller thrust bearing consists of one tapered raceway ring, one flat ring, tapered rollers, and a cage. Most sizes use a pin-type cage that allows closer roller spacing for higher load capacity, while smaller sizes use a brass cage. Combining the advantages of tapered and cylindrical roller thrust bearings, this design provides high axial load capacity within a compact space. It is mainly used in rolling mill screwdown applications requiring reliable support under heavy axial loads.
