The RNA6909-ZW-XL FAG machined needle roller bearing consists of a machined outer ring with two ribs, two rows of needle rollers, and cage assemblies, without an inner ring. The ZW double-row design provides high radial load capacity and rigidity while maintaining a compact radial cross-section. Since there is no inner ring, the needle rollers can run directly on a suitably hardened and ground shaft raceway, which saves radial installation space. In addition, X-life improves load ratings, operating performance, and service life.

The RNA6909-ZW-XL bearing is suitable for automotive, industrial transmissions, machine tools, printing and packaging, material handling, agricultural machinery, and general mechanical engineering.
