Product Description
The NKXR17-Z-XL INA combined bearing consists of a radial needle roller bearing and a single-direction axial cylindrical roller bearing, without an inner ring. The radial needle rollers run directly on a suitably hardened and ground shaft raceway, helping minimize radial installation space. The needle roller component supports high radial loads, while the axial cylindrical roller component supports high axial loads in one direction. In addition, X-life improves load carrying capacity and extends operating life.
The NKXR17-Z-XL features a sheet steel end cap secured to the radial bearing component. The end cap grips the shaft locating washer and holds the axial bearing component together, making the bearing self-retaining and simplifying handling and mounting. It is suitable for industrial transmissions, machine tools, printing machinery, material handling, automation, and general mechanical engineering. Its combination of high radial and axial load capacity, compact dimensions, rigidity, and self-retaining construction supports reliable operation in highly loaded mechanical systems.
